Ruth is one of the five Megillot books.  This is the Hebrew word for "Festival Scrolls."  These books are called this because they were read during Festivals and are tied in to the Festivals in some way.  Ruth was read at Pentecost.  This sermon takes a look at Ruth and Boaz, and the fascinating parallels between a converted Christian (firstfruits of God’s harvest) and their relationship with Jesus Christ.
