The mediating blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ is highly misunderstood by this world. Christ told us “This cup is the new covenant in My blood.” Christ’s blood established the New Covenant in order for us to obey God’s law. Leviticus 16 and Hebrews 9 and 10 are extremely important in understanding Christ’s mediating sacrifice.
